Warranty & Returns Policy

Please Contact our customer service department at 410-344-9206 for product returns or warranty replacements. Customer service will provide you with an “RA” or Return Authorization number that must be clearly marked on all returned packages to expedite your service. After receiving and evaluating the returned goods, Power Up will replace any product covered under the manufacturer’s warranty or provide you with a repair / replacement estimate on problems not covered.

Please inspect all shipments from Power Up immediately upon arrival. If a shipment arrives damaged, refuse to accept it. If you sign for damaged goods, Power Up cannot be held responsible for replacing the product. If your package was received damaged, please Contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged product. Power Up will ship out replacements of damaged goods and instruct you on return procedures of the damaged product.
