for product returns or warranty replacements. Customer service
will provide you with an "RA" or Return Authorization
number that must be clearly marked on all returned packages
to expedite your service. After receiving and evaluating the
returned goods, Power Up will replace any product covered
under the manufacturer's warranty or provide you with a repair
/ replacement estimate on problems not covered.
If your package was received damaged, please Contact us
within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged product. Power Up
will ship out replacements of damaged goods and instruct you
on return procedures of the damaged product.
